Requirements
- 2-3+ years of relevant experience preferably in an international environment
- Strong marketing background with experience in content creation, and social media management
- Well versed in data entry and administration
- Proficiency in using online platforms such as eBay, Dotmed, and Shopify
- Experience in creating simple pages and manage contents on Shopify website
- Experience with customer communication tools and CRM software (experience with ZOHO is a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities
- Key in serial numbers into Medimizer (Back End) system for tracking and management
- Handle possible quotes for repairs once ZOHO is implemented
- Pull medical equipment serial numbers and communicate with manufacturers for ownership change requests
- Answer phone calls and provide support for customer inquiries
- Manage and create content for social media platforms to drive engagement
- Assist with email blasts to customers and subscribers
- Manage multiple email accounts and ensure timely communication
- Able to create marketing and graphical design collaterals
- Oversee and manage products listed on eBay, Dotmed, and the company website
- Send tracking information to customers upon request
- Create simple pages and manage content on a Shopify website
