Requirements

• 2-3+ years of relevant experience preferably in an international environment
• Strong marketing background with experience in content creation, and social media management
• Well versed in data entry and administration
• Proficiency in using online platforms such as eBay, Dotmed, and Shopify
• Experience in creating simple pages and manage contents on Shopify website
• Experience with customer communication tools and CRM software (experience with ZOHO is a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Key in serial numbers into Medimizer (Back End) system for tracking and management
• Handle possible quotes for repairs once ZOHO is implemented
• Pull medical equipment serial numbers and communicate with manufacturers for ownership change requests
• Answer phone calls and provide support for customer inquiries
• Manage and create content for social media platforms to drive engagement
• Assist with email blasts to customers and subscribers
• Manage multiple email accounts and ensure timely communication
• Able to create marketing and graphical design collaterals
• Oversee and manage products listed on eBay, Dotmed, and the company website
• Send tracking information to customers upon request
• Create simple pages and manage content on a Shopify website
