Requirements

• 2-3 years of digital marketing experience
• Web/app eCommerce experience is a plus
• Experience in A/B or multivariant testing; solid understanding of marketing metrics to effectively analyze campaign performance
• Proficient in Excel; proficiency in Adobe, Tableau or Power BI is a plus
• Experience working in a Customer Data Platform is a plus (Redpoint, Salesforce, Braze, etc.)
• Track record of customer segmentation and developing marketing campaigns that deliver on business KPIs (conversion, revenue, orders, AOS)
• Effectively manage your time and maintain focus on priorities
• Confidence to challenge norms (with respect) but ask questions to understand first
• Energetic, curious and proactive
• Solution-oriented, creative problem solver
• A sense of humor and openness to feedback (you give as good as you take)

Responsibilities

• Personalize the customer experience across key touch points on our web and app storefronts
• Drive campaigns to test into more targeted messaging across channels to deliver on key business outcomes
• Refine the customer segmentation approach and interpret campaign performance in analytics tools (Adobe, Tableau, Power BI)
• Guide timely and accurate execution of projects through creative and development in our project management tool (Jira)
• Be an active participant in the team dialogue; we want your POV on things!
• Build and maintain cross-functional relationships with our web and app teams to identify opportunities where we can continually improve personalization for our customers
