Summary

Re:Car is seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Lead to lead campaigns and email marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience in planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns with a focus on email marketing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, business, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Lead or equivalent role with a focus on campaign management and email marketing
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including paid media, social media, and content marketing
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar) and marketing automation tools
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various channels
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaign objectives with overall business goals
  • Manage an ongoing content calendar and messaging hierarchy across diverse customer personas
  • Utilize A/B testing and other optimization strategies to enhance campaign performance

Preferred Qualifications
