Summary

The job is for a Digital Marketing Associate who will develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns to drive growth for global brands. The position is remote and available in certain Central American countries.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a high degree of professionalism and attention to detail
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business goals into actionable marketing strategies
• Demonstrated experience in managing paid marketing campaigns across multiple channels, with a focus on driving measurable results and ROI
• Proven track record of leveraging data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance and achieve business objectives
• Ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Advertising, Bing Ads, retargeting, and display advertising is required. Nice-to-have experience includes YouTube Ads, Reddit Ads, and Facebook Ads
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics) are a plus

Responsibilities

• Execute the strategy effectively across various channels including SEO, PPC, Social Media, Display Advertising, and other relevant platforms
• Analyze campaign performance using key metrics and KPIs to assess ROI and effectiveness
• Conduct A/B tests and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI
• Communicate campaign updates and insights to internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with teams to innovate strategies supporting growth objectives
• Conduct keyword research for campaign optimization and targeted reach
• Provide content optimization recommendations to enhance effectiveness
• Build and manage paid search campaigns, identifying optimization opportunities
• Prioritize digital marketing initiatives in alignment with business goals
• Present insights, recommendations, and growth opportunities to stakeholders
• Implement process improvements to streamline campaign execution

Preferred Qualifications

Proficiency in ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies is preferred but not required
