Summary
Join MarketFully, a leader in multilingual marketing, as a Digital Marketing Associate to drive lead acquisition and campaign performance across four brands. This role requires 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, paid media, and marketing operations. You will manage paid media campaigns, conduct keyword research, design A/B tests, develop reports, and manage email marketing automation workflows. The position involves collaboration with sales and other teams, data analysis, and campaign optimization. You will report to the ABM Manager and work Eastern Time Zone hours. This is a great opportunity for a marketing professional to own and optimize the full-funnel engine behind a growing product suite.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 2 years of experience in B2B digital marketing, SaaS marketing, or performance-based marketing
- Proven track record managing paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Business Suite)
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, and SEMrush
Responsibilities
- Help manage paid media campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and social platforms to drive high-quality leads at optimal cost
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and media planning aligned with quarterly pipeline goals
- Design and execute A/B tests for ad creative, landing pages, and bidding strategies to improve conversion rates and cost-efficiency
- Develop monthly campaign reports with actionable insights tied to CPL and CPA targets
- Manage Pardot email marketing automation workflows and Outreach sequences to nurture prospects from initial interest to sales disposition
- Collaborate with the Sales Operations team to steward marketing-generated leads through the pipeline
- Maintain lead data hygiene, scoring models, and campaign attribution logic across Salesforce and ZoomInfo
- Monitor and analyze lead behavior across ads, content, chatbots, and email to improve segmentation and targeting
- Provide ongoing reporting on campaign performance, lead velocity, and pipeline influence across all four brands
- Curate and optimize chatbot logic and flows to improve conversion rates from inbound traffic
- Partner with designers, writers, and developers to launch campaigns that are visually on-brand and strategically sound
- Work closely with BDRs and account executives to ensure campaign alignment and feedback loops
- Assist in building email campaigns based on copy provided by the content team
- Manage campaign and performance marketing calendars across digital channels
- Support earned media coordination and PR tracking across industry publications and thought leadership outlets
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Pardot, Outreach, Salesforce, and ZoomInfo
- Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or similar
- Experience managing campaigns across multiple brands or business units
- Background in agency or fast-growth startup environments
- Familiarity with ABM strategies, platforms like Demandbase or ZoomInfo Marketing, or intent data platforms
