This remote position requires a Bachelor's degree, 2-4 years of Marketo experience (certification preferred), and strong analytical and communication skills. Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 2β4 years of hands-on experience with Marketo (certification preferred)
- Proficiency in integrating Marketo with CRM platforms like Salesforce
- Strong understanding of lead lifecycle management, campaign tracking, and reporting
- Experience with email marketing, lead nurturing, and ABM strategies
- Analytical mindset with expertise in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Wordpress)
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and optimize email marketing campaigns in Marketo, including lead scoring, segmentation, and nurture programs
- Develop and execute marketing automation workflows to support demand generation and account-based marketing (ABM) efforts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Marketo with CRM platforms like Salesforce and ensure seamless data flow
- Create, test, and deploy landing pages, email templates, and forms within Marketo
- Analyze and report on campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve ROI
- Maintain and update marketing databases to ensure data accuracy and compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and other data privacy regulations
- Develop and document best practices for marketing automation processes and train team members as needed
- Stay current on marketing automation trends and advancements to continually refine strategies and tactics
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of HTML and CSS for email and landing page customization is a plus
