As a Marketing Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for optimizing ActiveCampaign marketing automation strategies, managing marketing journeys across various platforms, building automations and integrations, developing lead scoring models, collaborating with other teams, writing and editing content, analyzing marketing performance, and translating technical insights into engaging messages. You will need 2-4 years of experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms, digital analytics tools, and writing marketing copy. You should also be proficient in managing multiple deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and communicating effectively. Requirements

  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience with integrated marketing automation and CRM platforms and digital analytics tools like Google Analytics and Metabase
  • Proficient in writing various marketing copy, including email, landing page, and A/B testing subject lines and copy
  • Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced remote environment
  • Confident communicator who can bridge the gap between creative, technical, and strategic teams
  • Experience creating lead nurturing workflows and building high-performing lead scoring systems

Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize our ActiveCampaign marketing automation strategy, developing personalized, scalable campaigns using email, landing pages, lead scoring, and more
  • Serve as the lead admin for Zapier, ActiveCampaign & Salesforce, managing marketing journeys and ensuring seamless data integration and lead handoffs to Sales
  • Build automations and integrations using native/direct connections or tools like Zapier to streamline workflows across our tech stack
  • Develop and refine lead scoring models to align marketing efforts with sales-readiness and boost conversion rates
  • Collaborate across Marketing, Sales, Support, and Product to craft compelling stories and turn them into high-impact campaigns
  • Write and edit content for email, landing pages, and more β€” delivering the right message at the right time
  • Participate in all stages of the creative process β€” from brainstorming to execution
  • Produce and analyze weekly/monthly marketing performance reports, helping the team make data-informed decisions
  • Translate technical insights into simple, engaging messages for a variety of audiences

Preferred Qualifications

Hands-on experience with tools like Mailchimp, Active Campaign, Zapier and Salesforce are a plus
