Summary

Join ReSource Pro as a Senior Digital Marketing & Advertising Specialist and lead our digital marketing efforts, optimizing campaigns to significantly boost online visibility and lead generation. You will leverage cutting-edge marketing systems to analyze data and drive website traffic, increasing conversion rates for our Business Development and Marketing teams. This role requires 10+ years of experience in digital marketing and expertise in SEO/SEM, PPC, and Google Analytics. You will strategize and optimize SEO/SEM/PPC campaigns, lead digital advertising initiatives across various platforms, and manage our corporate website and analytics. Collaboration with other teams and staying current with evolving digital trends, including AI, is crucial. This is a remote position based in the US, offering a competitive salary and benefits package.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Digital Marketing required
  • 5+ years of experience working with Google Analytics, Google Adworkds, LinkedIn, Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Pay Per Click (PPC) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) required
  • 2+ years of experience with CRM Marketing tools such as Salesforce or Marketo require
  • Proactive, self-starter, and a strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Comfortable working with senior leadership and able to manage multiple project deadlines under pressure with a positive attitude
  • Meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a curious mindset always seeking to learn and self-improve
  • Solid understanding of marketing campaign elements and brand guidelines

Responsibilities

  • Strategize & Optimize SEO/SEM/PPC: Drive digital marketing campaign improvements and website optimization using platforms like Conductor, Google Ads, and GA4. Conduct in-depth keyword research, manage paid campaigns, monitor performance, and optimize strategies to boost conversions across our digital properties. Maintain first-page Google search placement and ensure keyword optimization across blogs and websites
  • Lead Digital Advertising Initiatives: Execute impactful advertising campaigns across digital publications, social platforms, and through SEO, AEO, and LLMs. Target qualified leads to increase traffic and enhance conversion rates, while staying ahead of industry trends and best practices. Develop and implement strategies for both traditional organic growth (backlinks, web performance) and the future of search, including AI search responses
  • Manage Website & Analytics: Oversee our corporate website, ensuring best practices are applied and reporting on key analytics. Utilize Google Analytics and Salesforce to identify traffic sources and customer pathways. Manage web tracking systems like Google Analytics and Hotjar to analyze traffic trends, and use WordPress for content updates and metadata optimization
  • Collaborate & Innovate: Foster a respectful and collaborative environment, supporting a positive workplace culture through open communication and teamwork. Collaborate effectively with marketing, sales, and other teams to achieve shared goals. Stay current with evolving digital trends, including AI and large language model innovations, and develop and communicate an overarching AI strategy to improve marketing performance
