Join Cabo Norte Professionals, a Belgian recruitment firm, as a Filipino digital marketer for project-based work. You will support executive search campaigns across Europe by developing and executing digital branding strategies. Responsibilities include planning and executing employer branding campaigns, creating engaging content for LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram, collaborating with internal teams and clients, translating client input into effective campaign messaging, designing branded graphics, maintaining career landing pages, optimizing content, and monitoring campaign performance. This remote position offers flexible hours and is paid per project, with potential for long-term collaboration. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in digital marketing and employer branding, strong command of social media marketing tools, excellent English writing skills, and experience with design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite. Knowledge of WordPress and experience with European clients are a plus.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or employer branding
  • Strong command of LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram marketing tools
  • Excellent English writing skills, with a focus on professional and corporate communication
  • Experience using design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Self-motivated and reliable, able to manage project deadlines independently
  • Software Tools : Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar); WordPress or similar CMS platforms; Basic understanding of analytics dashboards (LinkedIn Analytics, Facebook Insights)
  • Copywriting : Strong ability to write clear, compelling, and brand-aligned copy; Adaptable tone to match client voice and values; Experience writing for employer branding, recruitment, or executive search campaigns
  • Soft Skills : Excellent communication and time management; Creative and strategic mindset; Attention to detail; Proactive and able to work independently; Open to feedback and committed to delivering high-quality work

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute employer branding campaigns focused on attracting senior and executive-level professionals across Europe
  • Develop clear, concise, and compelling content tailored to LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand their tone of voice, culture, and strategic hiring goals
  • Translate client input into effective campaign messaging and visual assets
  • Design branded graphics or source appropriate visual content to support campaign objectives
  • Maintain and update career landing pages or recruitment microsites using WordPress or similar CMS platforms
  • Optimize content for visibility, engagement, and conversion across relevant digital channels
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights for improvement

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of WordPress or similar CMS platforms is a strong advantage
  • Previous experience working with European clients or knowledge of EU workplace culture is a plus
