Join be one solutions, a global ERP partner, as a Digital Marketing Executive to develop and execute communication strategies enhancing brand awareness and supporting business objectives. You will manage internal and external communications, oversee social media, and ensure consistent messaging. Responsibilities include content strategy development for LinkedIn and YouTube, reporting on successes and areas for improvement, community engagement, paid social media campaigns, and internal communications management. You will also collaborate with regional teams, update marketing materials, and work with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of marketing communications experience, preferably in IT or ERP, along with design, content production, and editing skills. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required. Requirements
- 3 to 5 yearsโ experience in marketing communications, preferably in the IT or ERP industry
- Experience in managing social media platforms such as LinkedIn and YouTube

Responsibilities
- Support marketing and corporate communication strategies to enhance brand positioning and ensure global brand consistency
- Develop and manage content strategies for social media platforms such as LinkedIn and YouTube
- Provide monthly reports to the marketing and management team, highlighting successes and areas for improvement
- Build and maintain relationships with the online community by responding to comments and messages promptly
- Monitor and address mentions of the brand across social platforms (Social listening)
- Plan and manage paid social media ad campaign
- Manage internal communication initiatives such as internal newsletters and updates
- Organize, plan, and support regional teams on various initiatives, events, and conferences
- Update and create sales and marketing materials
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors and agencies
