Summary

Galaxy is a digital asset and blockchain leader offering platform solutions for institutions, startups, and individuals in the crypto economy. They are seeking a data-driven digital marketing enthusiast with experience in email and paid marketing campaign management, SEO strategy, and PPC optimization to build marketing campaigns, workflows, and reporting. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience and be proficient with Hubspot and Google Ads.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 4+ years of experience in digital marketing
• Email and paid marketing campaign management experience including development, execution, and measurement
• Experienced with Google Ads and Google Analytics (i.e. GA4)
• Proficiency with PPC optimization tools and marketing automation platforms
• Experience with HTML, PHP, CSS and related industry standards
• High level of expertise on the HubSpot platform (sales, service, marketing)
• Advanced Hubspot Sales and Marketing Admin Capabilities
• Experience with the Hubspot/Salesforce Integration

Responsibilities

• Build marketing campaigns, workflows, and reporting using CRM configuration (ideally Hubspot)
• Ideate and execute email campaigns, user journeys, and inbound workflows to create delightful user experiences
• Plan and execute an effective SEO strategy that increases targeted and organic traffic to our websites and online content
• Develop paid search, display, and re-marketing campaigns that support lead generation goals and maximize ROI
• Continually optimize PPC campaigns by updating keywords, ads, and landing pages, while improving website performance and security

• Highly organized and collaborative. Enjoys working with cross-functional teams and agencies, including the ability to manage external contributors
• Excellent time management and project prioritization skills
• Can translate rough business requirements to technical specifications
