Partner with marketing leadership and the Digital & Brand Team to develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy focused on increasing organic and paid traffic, improving engagement and conversion rates, and enhancing user experience. You will support the management and execution of customer acquisition programs across multiple digital channels. Responsibilities include SEO, SEM, advertising, analytics, and CRO. Requirements
- Minimum of Bachelorโs degree from college/university
- 3+ years of relevant work experience in digital marketing with a focus on B2B SaaS or software experience
- 3+ years of progressive experience in the digital marketing space
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with SEO and SEM (Google Ads, Bing, LinkedIn)
- Obsessed with optimizing paid advertising channels to get the most out of a budget
- Informed and on top of digital and search marketing trends with a perspective and action plan for a future without 3rd party cookies
- Working knowledge of marketing automation tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, Qualified
- Ability to operate and excel at strategic and tactical levels
- Some to advanced knowledge of HTML, CSS, JS, XML
- Comfortable in a PC & Microsoft business tools environment
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with colleagues in cross-functional teams
- A dual-minded approach: Youโre highly creative and a digital marketing connoisseur but can also be process-driven, think scale, and rely on data to make decisions
- Demonstrated understanding of a B2B marketing funnel and how to align digital marketing with customer journeys
- Great interpersonal skills and ability to interact with the audience and colleagues across the globe in a polished and professional demeanor
- Highly organized, detail-oriented with the ability to project management effectively with decentralized, cross-functional teams
- Outstanding problem-solving skills and capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment

Responsibilities
- Perform ongoing paid keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization (Google Ads, Bing)
- Leverage a holistic strategy and coordination of search marketing activities across paid and organic channels while considering social media opportunities and influence
- Assist in the creation and implementation of an ongoing SEO program that is constantly monitored and optimized
- Consult on multi-lingual, multi-regional, and global SEO strategy
- Continually identify opportunities for improvement in digital marketing activities as they relate to lead generation campaign strategies across PPC, SEO, and social media channels
- Develop, implement, and optimize link-building strategies
- Manage updates and conversion optimization strategies for additional advertising channels such as paid social, ensuring cohesive cross-channel marketing via advertising that supports department and company strategies and goals
- Ensure that the leads provided to internal resources (e.g., sales, etc.) are accurately routed through back-end operations
- Continuously evaluate the quality of leads generated by digital marketing activities and work to maintain/improve quality while optimizing conversion rates for target personas from ICP organizations
- Manage, and report regularly on campaign and channel performance for owned channels (e.g., ROI, leads, conversions, engagement etc.)
- Drive A/B testing process within SEM and landing pages, reporting and acting on results to drive CRO
- Collaborate with internal and external resources to manage and resolve SEM & SEO priorities
- Collaborate with solutions marketing and brand communication team members on the creation of ad copy and landing pages
- Support the optimization of digital operations through marketing automation tools, CRMs, website, and broader marketing tech stack
Preferred Qualifications
Background or experience in any of the verticals or markets that Cority serves is a plus, including environmental, health, safety, sustainability, quality
