Summary
Join O’Rourke Hospitality Marketing as a Digital Marketing Specialist and manage digital campaigns for hospitality clients. You will set up and manage Google Ads and Meta/Facebook/Instagram ad accounts, build and run Google Performance Max campaigns, and compile GA4-based reports. Conduct on-site SEO audits and keyword research are also required. This is a full-time, fully remote position with core working hours of noon-8pm CET, offering a monthly salary of $2,500, 20 days of paid time off, and 5 sick days. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing and proven expertise in Google Ads and social media advertising. The role demands strong analytical skills, meticulous organization, and excellent communication.
Requirements
- 3-5 Years experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist
- Proven expertise in Google Ads account setup, management, and optimization
- Hands-on experience with Google Performance Max campaigns
- Solid Meta/Facebook/Instagram ads knowledge and execution
- Comfortable in GA4, goal/conversion tracking, and spreadsheet-based reporting
- Able to run on-site SEO audits and craft on-page metadata
Responsibilities
- Set up and structure Google Ads PPC accounts, campaigns, and ad groups
- Manage budgets, bids, and ongoing optimizations—including negative keywords
- Build and run Google Performance Max campaigns using best practices
- Launch and manage Meta/Facebook/Instagram ad accounts and campaigns
- Compile GA4-based reports and insights with spreadsheets and pivot tables
- Track goals and conversions to keep ROI crystal-clear
- Conduct on-site SEO audits, keyword research, and write title/meta tags
- Implement Google Hotel Ads and Bing Ads when needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Google Hotel Ads
- Skilled in Bing Ads setup and management
- Familiarity with cross-domain tracking
- Knowledge of advanced pivot-table analysis
