Digital Marketing Specialist

Summary

Join Donorbox as a Digital Marketing Specialist to play a pivotal role in our next stage of growth. You will focus on optimizing our website and email campaign performance, plan, implement, and analyze creative experiments to enhance user experience (UX), convert more customers, and increase product adoption.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in digital marketing, with a focus on growth hacking, landing page optimization, conversion rate optimization, or a related area
• Proven track record of driving successful growth initiatives
• Strong analytical skills and experience with A/B testing tools and data analysis platforms. Experience with Google Analytics and Hotjar is required
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
• Creative, conscientious, and resourceful, with a passion for solving problems and thinking outside the box
• Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously, working independently and as part of a team
• B2B experience strongly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience working at or with a tech startup or nonprofit is a bonus

Responsibilities

• Identify areas for improvement by analyzing website traffic, user behavior, and conversion data from platforms like GA4, Hotjar, and Active Campaign
• Plan, execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests to validate hypotheses and measure the impact of optimization efforts on website and campaign performance, in addition to impact on sales pipeline
• Regularly report on key metrics and insights
• Assess user behavior and uncover opportunities to improve UX and conversion rates across digital channels, including our website and customer email campaigns
• Partner with the Design, Marketing, and Development teams to create new landing pages, implement changes, and continuously improve
• Stay up-to-date with the latest tools, technologies, and industry best practices
