Join Ncontracts, a rapidly growing company in Nashville, as their Digital Media Manager! This remote, full-time role requires an experienced professional who is up-to-date on industry trends and tools. You will be responsible for creating and executing digital media strategies, managing paid campaigns across various platforms, and collaborating with other departments. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication and project management skills, proven experience in managing Google Paid Search and LinkedIn Paid Social campaigns, and a minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in a B2B tech company. Requirements
- Be a proactive team player, capable of independent problem-solving, rapid troubleshooting, and managing tasks in a fast-paced, technology-oriented environment
- Possess excellent communication, teamwork, project management, problem solving, attention to detail, and organizational skills, and a genuine desire to learn and grow
- Have proven experience in managing Google Paid Search and LinkedIn Paid Social campaigns
- Have strong experience using 6Sense or similar ABM platforms (knowledge of display ads, segmentation, and funnel optimization)
- Have a BA/BS degree in business or related field
- Have 5-8 years of relevant experience in leading social media initiatives and programs for a B2B tech company
Responsibilities
- Manage the strategy and setup of all paid digital campaigns
- Measure and optimize our paid marketing using platform-specific tools, Google Analytics, and marketing analytics reports
- Research and test in different channels to expand our reach and/or lower our cost-per-acquisition
- Work in tandem with Growth, Demand Generation, Partnerships, and events β helping ensure successful supplemental coverage to all campaigns
- Create and execute paid advertising to educate, influence, and drive prospects to learn more about the Ncontracts solutions
- Create and execute a customer engagement strategy with key review sites and industry publications to generate increased preference for Ncontracts solutions vs. the competition
- Apply an experimentation mindset to marketing programs to drive, test, learn, and optimize cycles. Employ A/B testing and other strategies across all channels
- Work with multiple department heads which align closely with segment marketing, product and sales leaders to develop and execute brand and paid advertising opportunities in the marketplace
- Manage metrics across advertising, including acquisition costs, return on our marketing assets, and customer acquisition costs
Preferred Qualifications
- Have Google Ads certification
- Have experience in B2B SaaS with multiple products
