Requirements

  • Fluent in English, and able to work within the EU timezone
  • Proven experience as a project manager, product manager, scrum master, or similar positions and successfully delivering projects using ClickUp
  • Strong theoretical background in Project management methodologies like Scrum, agile, lean, and similar is a big plus
  • In-depth knowledge of implementations of different methodologies and best practices based on the business needs of ClickUp
  • Advanced proficiency in using ClickUp, including task management, project planning, and reporting features
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Develop a strong process for how projects are being run at the company, department, and cross-department levels
  • Help to develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, using ClickUp
  • Lead project kickoff meetings to define project goals, objectives, and deliverables
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and ensure alignment
  • Create and maintain project documentation, capture lessons learned, and identify opportunities within ClickUp
  • Assign tasks, set priorities, and monitor progress using ClickUp's task management features
  • Track project budget, expenses, and resource utilization in ClickUp
  • Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders using ClickUp reports and dashboards
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues using ClickUp's collaboration and communication features
  • Coordinate and facilitate communication among team members, ensuring transparency and effective collaboration within ClickUp
  • Stay updated with ClickUp's features and updates, and provide training and support to team members as needed
