Requirements
- Fluent in English, and able to work within the EU timezone
- Proven experience as a project manager, product manager, scrum master, or similar positions and successfully delivering projects using ClickUp
- Strong theoretical background in Project management methodologies like Scrum, agile, lean, and similar is a big plus
- In-depth knowledge of implementations of different methodologies and best practices based on the business needs of ClickUp
- Advanced proficiency in using ClickUp, including task management, project planning, and reporting features
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus
Responsibilities
- Develop a strong process for how projects are being run at the company, department, and cross-department levels
- Help to develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, using ClickUp
- Lead project kickoff meetings to define project goals, objectives, and deliverables
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and ensure alignment
- Create and maintain project documentation, capture lessons learned, and identify opportunities within ClickUp
- Assign tasks, set priorities, and monitor progress using ClickUp's task management features
- Track project budget, expenses, and resource utilization in ClickUp
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders using ClickUp reports and dashboards
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues using ClickUp's collaboration and communication features
- Coordinate and facilitate communication among team members, ensuring transparency and effective collaboration within ClickUp
- Stay updated with ClickUp's features and updates, and provide training and support to team members as needed
