Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience (5+ years) in managing projects, preferably in digital transformation or technology projects
- Solid understanding of software development principles and methodologies, including the ability to collaborate effectively with development teams
- Demonstrated success in business development, including identifying and pursuing new opportunities
- Strong understanding of digital technologies, business processes, and industry trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on achieving results
Responsibilities
- Manage digital transformation projects from start to finish, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Create and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives on schedule and within budget
- Track and report on project progress, addressing any issues or risks that arise
- Apply project management best practices and methodologies to achieve successful project outcomes
- Identify and explore new business opportunities and partnerships that align with the companyβs strategic objectives
- Develop business cases for new initiatives, including market analysis and financial forecasting
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners to support business growth
- Work with sales and marketing teams to implement strategies for expanding market presence
- Evaluate existing business processes and technology systems to identify areas for improvement and digital innovation
- Lead the adoption of new digital tools and technologies to boost efficiency and enhance customer experiences
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend solutions that enhance business performance
- Communicate project status, updates, and key findings to senior management and other relevant stakeholders
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements, review progress, and ensure alignment with stakeholder expectations
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-project evaluations
- Analyze project performance to identify trends and areas for improvement
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies
- Knowledge of digital transformation challenges and solutions specific to the industry
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello) and CRM systems
