Summary

Join Elevated Third, a global B2B digital agency, as a Digital Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of 10–15 active retainer engagements. You will own the growth and support program, plan and deliver enhancements and fixes, track burn and forecast capacity, and maintain portfolio margin and individual project utilization. Lead Agile ceremonies, serve as the primary client contact, and maintain a high Net Promoter Score (NPS). Coordinate cross-functional teams, champion quality, and continuously improve processes. This role requires 5+ years of digital project management experience in an agency environment, with at least two years managing maintenance or optimization programs. You should be proficient in Agile/Scrum, possess strong communication skills, and have experience with various project management tools.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of digital project management experience in an agency environment , with at least two years owning maintenance or ongoing optimization programs
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent engagements and teams, balancing 600+ monthly hours
  • Working knowledge of Drupal (or similar CMS) fundamentals and the ability to translate technical concepts for non‑technical audiences
  • Hands‑on experience with Kantata , JIRA , or comparable PM tools
  • Solid grasp of Agile/Scrum principles and the flexibility to adapt process to project realities
  • Strength in budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning ; comfortable digging into spreadsheets and reporting burn rates
  • Exceptional communication & relationship‑building skills—clients and teammates trust you
  • Habitual problem‑solver who leverages AI and automation to streamline repetitive tasks
  • Authorization to work in the United States

Responsibilities

  • Own the growth and support program. Plan, prioritize, and deliver enhancements, fixes, and small projects across a portfolio averaging ~600 billable hours per month . Track burn and forecast capacity weekly in Asana and Mavenlink
  • Drive scope, budget & margin. Maintain portfolio margin of ≥ 65 % and individual project utilization of 90 % billable . Proactively flag risk, manage change requests, and keep stakeholders informed
  • Lead Agile ceremonies. Run sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand‑ups, and client sprint reviews; ensure tickets are well‑defined and QA‑ready
  • Be the client’s strategic partner. Serve as primary point of contact; maintain NPS > 6. Identify organic growth opportunities and collaborate with Account Strategy to draft SOWs
  • Coordinate a cross‑functional team. Align developers, strategists, designers, and QA specialists; communicate dependencies and remove blockers quickly
  • Champion quality. Enforce testing standards, oversee UAT, and shepherd releases through deployment
  • Continuously improve. Document lessons learned, refine process workflows, and share best practices with the wider PM team

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to Google Analytics 4, SEO, or CRO methodologies
  • Familiarity with marketing‑automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, Pardot, HubSpot)
  • Basic understanding of web‑accessibility standards and performance optimization
