Digital Project Manager

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of experience in management consulting (preferably from McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Accenture, PwC, or similar)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in process improvement and system implementation
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment
• Proficiency in project management tools and software

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and optimize processes to enhance operational efficiency
• Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to streamline workflows
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and challenges
• Facilitate communication and coordination between departments to ensure alignment and smooth operations
• Evaluate and implement new systems and tools to support process improvements
• Ensure seamless integration of new systems with existing workflows
• Set up tracking mechanisms to monitor process performance and progress
• Analyze data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for further optimization
• Structure ambiguous problems and take action to solve them
• Synthesize clear takeaways from complex information using both qualitative and quantitative methods
• Create and maintain process documentation to ensure clarity and consistency
• Train team members on new processes and systems to ensure successful adoption
