Summary
Join Helium SEO as a Digital Strategy Consultant (Level 2) and lead digital marketing projects for B2B clients. You will nurture client relationships, provide strategic guidance, analyze data, execute campaigns, and ensure exceptional client experiences. This fully remote (or hybrid in Cincinnati) role requires 4+ years of digital marketing account management experience and proven success in developing and executing SEO/SEM strategies. You'll need strong B2B client relationship management skills and exceptional organizational abilities. Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing account management
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful digital marketing strategies (SEO and SEM-focused)
- Strong background in managing B2B client relationships and driving account success
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Confident, engaging communication style
- Ability to have grace under pressure and the ability to address client concerns effectively
- Results-driven approach with a positive, high-energy attitude
- Passion for digital marketing trends and innovations
- Ability to thrive in both autonomous and collaborative work environments
- Working knowledge of WordPress, basic HTML, and digital marketing platforms (e.g., Ahrefs, Moz, SEMRush, Google Analytics, Google Ads)
Responsibilities
- Nurture and grow relationships with assigned client accounts
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing strategic guidance on their digital marketing efforts
- Analyze and translate complex data into actionable insights for clients
- Proactively plan and execute client campaigns, leveraging internal and external resources for optimal performance
- Ensure an exceptional end-to-end client experience
- Prepare and present professional, detailed monthly reports
- Lead regular client meetings and status calls
- Collaborate closely with our SEO, SEM, & CRO engineering teams, facilitating direct communication when needed
- Identify and pursue opportunities for account growth and renewal
Preferred Qualifications
Relevant industry certifications are a plus
