Director, Academic Partnerships

Join SOULCHI, an equity-based startup, as the Director of Academic Partnerships and contribute to a more harmonious and sustainable world. This remote, flexible (30-40 hours/week) role involves building and nurturing academic partnerships globally. You will identify and establish partnerships, collaborate with universities, and ensure successful execution of partnership agreements. The position requires a passion for positive change and collaboration, strategic thinking, and relationship-building skills. Compensation is based on a fair market value, equity-based model (Slicing Pie). Flexibility in working hours is offered.

Responsibilities

• Identify and establish partnerships to achieve partnerships-related OKRs
• Collaborate with universities globally
• Ensure successful execution of partnership agreements
• Identifying and assessing potential partners aligned with SOULCHI's mission and values
• Developing and nurturing relationships with partners to drive engagement, user acquisition, and impact
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate partnership initiatives into product development and marketing strategies
• Measuring and evaluating the effectiveness and impact of partnership campaigns and initiatives
• Contributing to the growth and sustainability of SOULCHI by expanding its network of collaborators and supporters
