We are seeking an experienced Director of Clinical Operations to drive operational excellence, lead strategic planning, and enhance workflow processes across the Clinical Operations organization.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the strategic management, planning, and operational leadership of clinical operations
  • Provide clear direction to build engaged, high-performing teams that align with iRhythmโ€™s mission and vision
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous improvement within the clinical operations teams
  • Drive process improvement initiatives by identifying workflow inefficiencies and optimizing systems for greater productivity and quality
  • Use key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational success, analyze trends, and make data-driven decisions
  • Ensure accurate, timely reporting of operational data to inform decision-making across teams
  • Oversee fiscal management and cost efficiency in clinical operations to ensure financial sustainability
  • Collaborate with Clinical Quality, System Development, and other cross-functional teams to drive continuous quality improvement activities
  • Actively engage with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment on goals and expectations
  • Strengthen partnerships across departments to define, prioritize, and allocate resources for clinical projects and initiatives
  • Partner with HR and Talent Acquisition to recruit and onboard top talent for Clinical Management & Operations teams
  • Support the professional development and growth of the Clinical Operations teams, fostering a culture of inclusion, engagement, and belonging
  • Ensure clinical practices adhere to iRhythmโ€™s patient-first, quality-driven culture, prioritizing safe, effective, and timely patient care
  • Evaluate, analyze, and communicate quality metrics in accordance with established performance standards for individuals and teams
