  • Experience sourcing and developing case studies, testimonials, and other customer-centric content
  • Proven track record of implementing and managing successful ABM programs that drive revenue growth
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Creative thinker with a customer-first approach
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or Communications. An advanced degree in a related field is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the strategy and execution of customer marketing initiatives, including events, ABM cross-sell programs, Customer Advisory Boards, etc
  • Rollout engagement touchpoint strategies across the entire customer journey
  • Segment customers effectively and tailor marketing efforts to specific customer groups
  • Collaborate closely with sales, product, and customer success teams
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly evaluate the performance of customer marketing initiatives
  • Manage the budget allocated for customer marketing activities
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to the customer marketing team
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in customer marketing
  • Present regular reports and updates on the performance of customer marketing initiatives to senior management
