This remote role requires 10+ years of experience in consultative sales, account management, or management consulting, and experience managing retention and expansion targets. Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in consultative sales, account management, or management consulting, with experience managing retention and expansion targets
  • Experience working in start up environments
  • Experience directly managing b2b enterprise relationships, delivering results, and driving profitability through renewals and upsells
  • Experience leading and delivering senior executive-level business communications, including presentations and proposals
  • Experience coordinating and collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Experience using google suite and CRM software tools (Salesforce preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop relationships with tier-1 enterprise corporate clients
  • Develop growth strategies within corporate accounts by building strategic account plans with stakeholder mapping, and proactively identifying opportunities to deepen client relationships
  • Drive and deliver quarterly business reviews and proposals for external partner executives, and implement a best in class cadence of engagement to build a foundation of trust
  • Build and execute playbooks, processes, and systems to ensure that enterprise customers realize value from Correlation One’s world class workforce development solutions
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams both internally and within Content, Product, Marketing, and Operations in order to ideate customized learning experiences
  • Measure and report on key milestones and KPIs related to customer program success
  • Identify and implement process improvements to scale and streamline core operations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in AI, technology, data science, education, or workforce development
  • Leadership/People management experience
