Summary

Join a high-growth IT professional services company as a Director, FP&A, leading the build-out of financial models, supporting M&A activities, and providing strategic insights to leadership. Reporting to the CFO, you will deliver accurate forecasts, serve as a financial thought partner to various teams, and create data visualizations. This role involves building a scalable FP&A function, including process and workflow design, and contributing to executive presentations. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in building and scaling FP&A functions, proven expertise in M&A transactions, and exceptional communication skills. Requirements

  • Extensive experience in building and scaling FP&A functions from the ground up
  • Minimum of five years of experience in a leadership role at the Director level within Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
  • Proven expertise in supporting M&A transactions, including modeling, diligence, and integration
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and long-range planning
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with the ability to present to executives
  • Must be based in the United States

Responsibilities

  • Build, maintain, and continuously improve financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and 5-year strategic planning
  • Deliver accurate rolling forecasts and scenario planning to support executive decision-making
  • Serve as a financial thought partner to Accounting, Operations, Sales, and Data teams
  • Conduct M&A financial modeling and diligence, support post-acquisition integration, and assist with board/investor-facing materials
  • Create dashboards and data visualizations using Power BI to track KPIs and surface insights
  • Lead preparation of monthly and quarterly financial packages and executive presentations
  • Help establish the foundation for a scalable FP&A function, including process and workflow design
  • Complete ongoing security awareness training and comply with company policies to the requirements section
  • Identify and escalate security risks to the appropriate Executive Leadership Team member and actively contribute to remediation efforts
  • Other duties as assigned

Experience within professional services is a plus, with a strong ability to work independently and earn trust
