Summary
Join Redox as the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and lead financial planning, forecasting, and analysis. Reporting to the CFO, you will partner with senior leaders across all functions to drive data-informed decision-making. This highly visible role involves owning and improving company-wide planning processes, developing financial plans, providing monthly reporting, and creating scenario models for executive decisions. You will also collaborate with accounting, support fundraising, and serve as a thought partner to senior leadership. The ideal candidate possesses 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including at least 3 years in SaaS FP&A and 5+ years of people management. A strong understanding of SaaS metrics and the ability to work effectively with executive stakeholders are essential.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including at least 3 years in SaaS FP&A roles and 5+ years of people management experience
- Experience in fast-paced startup environments
- Strong modeling, forecasting, and financial storytelling skills
- Experience working directly with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Excellent command of SaaS metrics and business drivers (e.g., CAC, LTV, retention, ARR)
- Comfort with ambiguity and ability to translate complexity into clarity
- High degree of ownership and bias toward action
- Prior experience managing and mentoring a team member
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills
Responsibilities
- Own and continuously improve company-wide planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Partner with department leaders to develop financial plans aligned to strategic and operational goals
- Provide monthly reporting packages and dashboards to track financial and business performance
- Deliver scenario modeling, board-level presentations, and ad-hoc analysis to support executive decisions
- Develop, maintain, and improve the long-range financial model
- Collaborate with Accounting to execute accurate and timely close and financial reporting
- Support fundraising initiatives and reporting to existing investors
- Serve as a thought partner to the CFO, CEO, and executive team
Preferred Qualifications
- Healthcare tech industry experience is a plus
- Investment Banking, Consulting or investment experience a plus, but not required
- Experience with tools like Salesforce, Quickbooks and financial planning software a plus
