Summary
Join CoreWeave as the Director of Financial Systems, a newly created leadership role reporting to the CIO. You will be responsible for developing and managing the engineering stack for all financial systems, including billing, invoicing, and reporting. This pivotal role requires 12+ years of senior leadership experience in building and scaling IT organizations in high-growth environments. You will drive innovation, enhance system efficiencies, and ensure robust security. Requirements
- 12+ years in a senior leadership role, with a track record of building and scaling IT organizations and managing large complex projects in high-growth environments
- Proven experience in developing financial systems, supply chain systems and sales workflows. Ability to work closely with cross functional partners across sales, finance, engineering and product teams
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and drive results in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for CoreWeave’s internal IT function, ensuring alignment with the company’s growth objectives and industry best practices
- Oversee the implementation and optimization of financial IT systems, including billing, invoice processing, revenue forecasting, and integration with supply chain planning
- Automate and track quarterly financial closes to ensure accuracy and timeliness for the finance teams
- Drive the system architecture to create seamless integration across sales, capacity planning, supply chain, finance and revenue management. Create a single pane of glass to create consolidated dashboards to enable teams to do scenario planning, track execution against plans of record, and drive the rhythm of the business
- Automate and integrate multiple IT systems to support the flow of financial and procurement information between tools
- Work with CoreWeave’s Cyber Security team to implement strong security and compliance practices to ensure the company can scale efficiently without compromising security
- Develop our engineering stack to drive efficiency, reliability and user experience of our financial systems
- Be responsible for all the software systems that support our financial reporting, opex and capex projections, billing and invoicing
- Your team will own the automated billing stack and the associated customer experience
Preferred Qualifications
MBA or Bachelors Degree in Business, Engineering or related field
