Summary

Join TrustYou as a Director of Global Account Management, leading and overseeing the global account management function. Develop and implement short- and long-term strategies for building client relationships, generating new business, and driving revenue growth. Set team objectives and targets, proactively lead strategic account planning, and develop performance objectives and sales targets. Ensure seamless high-end service for global accounts. This role involves strategic account management, revenue growth, cross-functional collaboration, contract negotiation, data analysis and reporting, team leadership and development, market insights, and problem-solving. Frequent travel is required to meet with clients and attend industry events.

Requirements

  • 8-10 yrs experience in SaaS industry
  • Proven experience in global/strategic account management or senior sales roles
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • Ability to think strategically and execute methodically
  • Ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales & project management processes
  • Ability to use a range of approaches and strategies to build a stronger negotiation base and form sustainable long-term relationships
  • Experience managing relationships across multiple geographies
  • Experience selling both product and services business solutions in a tech start- up environment
  • Exceptional leadership and team management abilities
  • A high-energy and is a team player who is a fast learner and is at ease with technology
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales analytics tools, Project Management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Business Fluency in spoken and written English, French is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Overseing and developing relationships and strategic alignment with TrustYou´s top-tier global clients
  • Creating and maintaining strategic objectives with key customer stakeholders at the executive level
  • Identifying and aligning key product initiatives between top-tier clients and TrustYou, ensuring the delivery of agreed-upon services, solutions, or products to global accounts
  • Financial management of the contracts to enable topline account revenue growth and delivery cost optimization, with a focus on annual targets ensuring budgets and forecasts are achieved
  • Creating and driving forward global and regional client engagement strategy
  • Preparing and performing quarterly business reviews with key internal and external contacts
  • Identifying opportunities to expand the company's business with existing global accounts
  • Ensuring retention and growth targets are met, focusing on value addition and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborating with other departments (e.g., Marketing, Product Development, Customer Service) to ensure global accounts receive seamless service
  • Acting as the voice of the customer within the organization, sharing their needs, feedback, and perspectives
  • Leading negotiations with global accounts, ensuring contracts are favorable and align with TrustYou´s company goals
  • Ensuring timely renewals and preventing contract churn
  • Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on sales and relationship trends related to global accounts
  • Providing regular updates to senior management/ C-Level on account performance, challenges, and opportunities
  • Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of global account managers or representatives
  • Fostering cooperation, communication, and teamwork within EYELEVEL Account teams globally, across teams and branches; foster a culture of continuous learning and excellence within the team
  • Staying updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor strategies
  • Providing insights to help shape the company's strategic approach to global account management
  • Addressing and resolving any issues or conflicts that might arise with global accounts in a timely and effective manner
  • Frequent travel to meet with global clients, attend industry events, or coordinate with regional offices
