Summary

Join Skillsoft as our dynamic Director of Global Delivery Center, leading and managing delivery teams in India. This impactful role drives operational excellence, delivering solutions to our customers. You will recruit and train high-performing teams, foster innovation using AI, and manage currently defined services like compliance migrations and curriculum curation. Collaboration with sales and delivery teams is crucial, as is providing strategic leadership in Talent Intelligence solutions. You will ensure quality control, optimize processes, and manage stakeholder relationships. This position requires significant experience in global service delivery and a deep understanding of Talent Intelligence and compliance.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of at least 10 years in senior leadership roles in global service delivery, with strong experience in managing large, distributed teams
  • Deep understanding of Talent Intelligence, Compliance, and Implementation functions within the enterprise software or learning and development industry
  • Exceptional ability to work with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, compliance, and customer success, to drive alignment and achieve common objectives
  • Strong strategic thinker with the ability to identify and implement innovative solutions that enhance business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Extensive experience with global operations, managing multiple time zones, and coordinating resources across geographies
  • Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with a focus on mentoring, developing, and retaining top talent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of presenting to executive leadership and managing relationships with key stakeholders
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment, with a keen eye for detail and a results-oriented mindset
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Strong project management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Expertise in global delivery models and scalable operations
  • Advanced knowledge of compliance, implementation processes, and talent intelligence products
  • Exceptional negotiation, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution abilities
  • Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, project management platforms, and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems

Responsibilities

  • Build, lead, and mentor high-performing teams within the Global Delivery Center, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning
  • Leveraging experience and tools like AI, drive better outcomes with material reductions in effort in delivering Global Delivery Center activities.  Partner with regional PS leaders to identify and implement new services to better support global delivery.  Contribute to the ongoing development of new products and services, providing valuable insights into market trends and customer needs while ensuring successful implementation
  • Lead and manage the Global Delivery Center to support GDC currently scoped services with timely, high-quality service delivery and operational excellence: Compliance migrations, Implementations, Role/Skill/Competency mapping, Curation of training curriculums for specific skills and cohorts, Analytics/reporting
  • Partner with PS sales and delivery teams to align resources and support the delivery of projects, ensuring harmonious, cross-functional collaboration and seamless customer support
  • Provide strategic leadership in the design, development, and implementation of innovative Talent Intelligence solutions, working with teams across product management, engineering, and marketing to develop cutting-edge products for Skillsoft's customers
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and quality assurance processes, proactively managing risks and mitigating issues that may impact delivery performance
  • Continuously optimize processes within the delivery center, ensuring scalability, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with corporate goals
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, facilitating communication, addressing concerns, and managing expectations throughout the lifecycle of global delivery projects

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field
