Join Job&Talent's Spain Revenue team as an Account Executive to develop and execute strategies for acquiring key enterprise accounts across various sectors. You will collaborate with clients' directors and C-level executives, guiding them through complex sales processes and showcasing the value of our Workforce-as-a-Service innovation. This role demands identifying opportunities, engaging key stakeholders, crafting proposals, and negotiating terms to secure deals. The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience in mid-market client acquisition, particularly within the staffing or SaaS industries, and demonstrates strong communication and commercial acumen. Requirements
- 5+ years of experience hunting mid-market clients, preferably within Staffing Industry or SaaS
- Experience dealing with cross-functional stakeholders during the sales process (e.g. HR, Procurement, Finance, Operations) at all levels of seniority
- Experience managing 3 to 6 month sales cycles
- Strong communication skills
- Commercial accumen
- Full native professional competence in Spanish is a must
- Fluency in English (C1) is a must
- University degree or higher
Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities β by yourself and working with SDRs β with a focus on enterprise clients
- Understand the potential of those opportunities, connecting with key stakeholders at the client
- Find key decision-makers in the client, understand how Joba&Talent can help, build proposals and negotiate terms to close the deal
