Summary
Join Halcyon, a leading cybersecurity company, as their Director of Global Renewals. This role is crucial in driving significant Net Recurring Revenue (NRR) and Gross Recurring Revenue (GRR) growth. You will pioneer and build the Renewals function, designing and implementing strategies and processes for seamless contract renewals. You will collaborate with various teams, lead a high-performing team, and champion customer relationships. This position requires extensive experience in renewal management and people management within the software or technology industry. Requirements
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in renewal management, account management, or customer success within the software or technology industry
- A track record of success driving customer retention and revenue growth through strategic renewal practices
- Proven expertise in designing and implementing renewal processes, including setting up the operational framework and metrics
- At least 5 years of people management experience, leading and developing high-performing teams
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills, with a deep understanding of customer-focused strategies
Responsibilities
- Pioneer and Build the Renewals function, designing and implementing strategies, processes, and systems to drive seamless, efficient contract renewals
- Define and track key renewal KPIs, including NRR and GRR, while delivering insights and visibility to the executive team
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and Finance teams to ensure alignment and continuity across the customer lifecycle
- Lead the charge on process innovation, identifying and implementing improvements to enhance the renewal experience and streamline operations
- Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing Renewals team, fostering a culture of excellence and customer-centricity
- Champion customer relationships, working closely with the team to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty
- Perform other duties as assigned
