  • Develop and implement change management strategies during technology implementations, upgrades, and organizational changes
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement and innovation across the IT organization and broader company
  • Develop and execute a strategy to establish a common IT system across Endeavor and its operating companies
  • Oversee the selection, implementation, and optimization of enterprise-wide software solutions
  • Define and enforce IT security policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Stay updated with the latest cybersecurity threats and trends to proactively address potential risks
  • Identify and manage equipment requirements across the organization
  • Establish procurement processes and vendor relationships to support equipment needs effectively
  • Build, develop, and lead a high-performing IT team
