Summary

The job is for an Information Technology Project Manager at Abarca Health LLC, responsible for managing projects from conception through completion, including scope, time, and budget. The role requires a Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in engineering, technology, business, or economics, with 3+ years of relevant work experience in consulting, engineering, and/or project management. Experience working with cross-functional information technology projects in an agile environment is preferred.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Manage approved projects of a complex nature, from conception through completion, including scope, time, and budget
• Overall accountability for each assigned project, documenting status, agreements, and 'learnings' from all meetings and presentations
• Lead the work of others during the life of the program and related projects
• Control and approve consultant hours invested in the project, approve invoices from vendors regarding services rendered by third parties
• Oversight and coordination of activities, resources, and equipment to accomplish program benefits and projects goals in the most efficient way
• Promptly escalate issues which cannot be resolved
• Liaise with stakeholders to identify and define program objectives and benefits, projects requirements, scope, and identify risks

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management Institute Credential (PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, PMI-SP, or PMI-RMP)
• Experience in health insurance or pharmacy benefit management setting managing projects
