Director, Internal Audit

Summary

Join Procore’s Internal Audit Department as a Director to lead sections of the audit & compliance environment, working cross-functionally. Deliver strong audit results with clear communication and proactive solutions. Partner with Finance, IT, and other departments to complete audits on time and within budget. Use communication, audit, and reporting skills to provide meaningful results and solve audit considerations. This remote position reports to the VP of Internal Audit and requires immediate availability. The primary goal is to contribute to the company's continued growth and scaling.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree minimum
• CPA or other related certification
• Big 4 Audit background with 8+ years experience
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Multiple years of experience with SAAS companies

Responsibilities

• Audit planning, fieldwork (including testing & reviewing), and reporting
• Lead meetings with stakeholders and effect change in areas where it is required
• Communicate a vision for short-term and long-term solutions
• Project manage & provide status updates on workstreams for projects
• Contribute to executive & audit committee reporting
• Work across multiple areas of audit topics, including but not limited to - business process, IT, ERM, and operational audits
