Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years in the telecommunication services industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing carrier relations
- Deep understanding of telecommunications, carrier operations, and regulatory environments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
Responsibilities

- Address and resolve any issues related to carrier services, ensuring minimal disruption to operations
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Business Administration, or a related field
- A Master's degree is a plus
- Familiarity with communication protocols and standards such as SS7, ISUP, and MAP is advantageous
