Join ReSource Pro as the Director, Total Rewards and lead the vision, strategy, and execution of U.S. total rewards programs. You will oversee a team, ensuring programs remain competitive and compliant. This critical role involves managing compensation, benefits, wellness, and payroll, and playing a key role in M&A activities. Success requires strategic thinking, people development, and leading impactful change. The position is fully remote within the United States. You will lead the Total Rewards team and strategy, oversee U.S. benefits programs, direct compensation strategy, and partner with other departments to develop compensation practices. You will also lead Total Rewards integration for M&A and deliver projects supporting business scalability and engagement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 12+ years of progressive Total Rewards experience, with deep expertise in compensation and U.S. benefits strategy
- 7+ years of direct leadership experience, including team management and cross-functional collaboration
- M&A integration experience related to payroll, benefits, and compensation
- Demonstrated success managing compensation design, pay equity, and market benchmarking
- Strong working knowledge of ACA, ERISA, FMLA, ADA, and other regulatory frameworks
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and advanced Excel skills for modeling and analysis
Responsibilities
- Lead the Total Rewards team and strategy across compensation, benefits, wellness, and payroll
- Oversee U.S. benefits programs, including annual renewals, vendor management, and compliance
- Direct compensation strategy, pay structure design, and annual planning cycles
- Partner with Finance, Legal, and Talent to develop equitable, scalable compensation practices
- Lead Total Rewards integration for M&A, including due diligence and harmonization
- Deliver Total Rewards–driven projects that support business scalability and engagement
- Support compliance programs and ensure audit readiness across payroll and benefits
- Provide guidance and development to team members through coaching and mentorship
- Present recommendations and data-driven insights to senior leadership and committees
- Drive alignment between Total Rewards initiatives and overall business goals
