Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in account management, client success, or related fields, with 4+ years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of driving client satisfaction, revenue growth, and team performance
- Strong sales acumen with demonstrated success in upselling, cross-selling, and negotiating high-value contracts
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with experience managing and mentoring high-performing teams
- In-depth understanding of marketing, PR, and digital strategies, including SEO, social media, Google Analytics, PPC, PR, and branding
- Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate high-level conversations and foster trust
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate client goals into actionable plans while maintaining a big-picture perspective
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven, with expertise in managing multiple projects and priorities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of representing the organization in client-facing and public settings
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Wrike, Basecamp) and CRM platforms
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Account Management team, providing strategic direction, mentorship, and professional development to team members
- Act as the senior point of contact for accounts, ensuring long-term client satisfaction, retention, and growth
- Develop and execute strategies for client success that align with Nuvolumโs business objectives and drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, PR, and creative departments, to deliver innovative solutions tailored to client needs
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business objectives, challenges, and industries to provide impactful recommendations
- Oversee team performance, including setting KPIs, tracking progress, and driving accountability to meet or exceed goals
- Identify opportunities for account growth and lead efforts to upsell and cross-sell Nuvolumโs services, ensuring clients receive maximum value
- Foster a culture of proactivity and innovation within the team, encouraging solutions-oriented thinking and a client-first mindset
- Lead by example in managing high-profile accounts, demonstrating expertise in client strategy, sales tactics, and relationship building
- Monitor and stay ahead of trends in marketing, PR, and industry-specific developments to provide strategic insights and guidance to clients and teams
