Requirements

  • 9+ years in engineering, architecture, or consulting roles in SaaS
  • You’ve delivered complex solutions across client and platform needs - and know how to do it sustainably
  • 5+ years leading high-performing technical teams
  • You mentor, set clear expectations, and hold a high bar for quality and accountability
  • Strong grasp of enterprise integrations, APIs, and lifecycle management
  • You understand how technical choices affect scalability, maintenance, and client impact
  • Technical expertise in Java, SQL databases, and integration architecture
  • You're fluent in the tools that power our platform and know how to apply them effectively in real-world implementations
  • Proven ability to standardize and scale client-facing delivery
  • You’ve led the shift from one-off builds to reusable patterns and built systems that support long-term efficiency
  • Experience with change control, governance, and managing tech debt
  • You bring structure and discipline to fast-paced environments and help others do the same
  • A strategic thinker who turns business goals into engineering outcomes

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end delivery of high-impact client engineering projects - on time, within budget, and to quality expectations
  • Oversee technical direction for ERP integration layers, reusable platform modules, and enterprise-scale configuration and customization patterns
  • Define and implement SDLC best practices to ensure engineering quality, stability, and speed across all customer initiatives
  • Maintain a culture of engineering excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement, including code quality, observability, and test coverage
  • Act as the senior engineering partner to Client Engagement, Product, and other Engineering teams to align priorities and ensure holistic delivery outcomes
  • Serve as a trusted technical voice in conversations with our enterprise clients, providing confidence, clarity, and credibility
  • Represent the engineering function in strategy meetings, roadmap prioritization, and client escalation forums
  • Scale the Client Engineering organization to meet growing enterprise demand while maintaining delivery standards and team engagement
  • Develop and coach a high-performing management layer capable of owning domains, mentoring engineers, and driving consistent results
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as delivery velocity, technical debt, incident resolution times, and engineering satisfaction metrics
