Summary
Join Milestone One as the Director of Network Strategy and lead the strategic planning and optimization of partnerships with clinical research sites. You will develop and implement comprehensive strategies to enhance operations, expansion, and efficiency. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required
- 10+ years of experience in clinical research site network strategy, operations management, or site development, in a clinical trial or healthcare industry
- Proven track record of developing and executing strategic initiatives that drive operational and financial performance
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in data-driven decision-making
- Familiarity with site feasibility assessments and capacity planning
- Strong knowledge of industry trends, regulatory requirements, and competitive landscapes
- Highly detail-oriented with a focus on compliance and accuracy
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to optimize the operations, expansion, and efficiency of clinical research sites that partner with Milestone One
- Responsible for the continued development of the Operations Department including the implementation of standard processes, policies, and procedures
- Assess and refine the database of potential sites, ensuring maximum alignment with organizational goals
- Conduct competitive market research to inform site selection and development strategies
- Work closely with operations, finance, and support functions to drive strategic initiatives
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders, including executives, regulatory bodies, industry partners, and professional organizations to ensure compliance and competitive positioning
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
- Supervise, lead, and delegate work to a team of employees, as well as coaching, mentoring, and developing the team
