This role requires excellent communication, organization, and independent work capabilities while maintaining collaboration. The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience in information security and program management, along with a strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and compliance standards. This is a hybrid work-from-home opportunity based in the Philippines.

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of proven experience in Information Security
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience managing a security program and support staff
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and compliance standards (such as NIST, CIS 18, PCI)
  • Proficiency in network and endpoint security
  • Experience with incident response and disaster recovery planning
  • Familiarity with scripting language
  • Experience administering AWS, Google Suite, and/or other enterprise systems
  • Ability to clearly communicate security issues with people of all technical backgrounds
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work across multiple organizational groups to solve problems
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Quick learner and able to develop subject matter skills
  • Being able to manage multiple projects at the same time
  • Available for scheduled and ad-hoc calls/meetings/chats during weekdays working
  • Quiet workspace, conducive to video meetings & calls
  • Access to a reliable high-speed Internet connection; at least 25MBPS

Responsibilities

  • Manage the creation and annual review of a full security policy suite
  • Lead Anytime Mailbox compliance efforts towards future audits or certifications
  • Monitor network and system activity for threats and anomalies
  • Manage and maintain security tools and technologies
  • Develop a comprehensive incident response plan
  • Act as the incident response lead during potential security incidents and events
  • This involves responding and communicating with other stakeholders throughout the incident
  • Develop a clear third-party risk management plan including evaluating third-party vendors for strong security practices
  • Manage the relationship between Anytime Mailbox and security vendors, such as Cyber Defense Group
  • Regularly communicate security initiatives and progress to executive management
  • Develop and deliver security awareness training programs
  • Determine security-specific KPIs and metrics to report to the IT team and beyond

Preferred Qualifications

  • CISSP, CISM, CISA, GIAC Certifications, AWS Certifications
  • Double monitors preferred but not required (if available)
