Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience as a people manager who has successfully built and led high performing teams
  • 3+ years of experience as a Director
  • A strong technical background, with experience as a software engineer
  • A history of building strong cross-functional relationships that help your teams deliver impactful user experiences
  • Experience working in fast-paced startup environments
  • BS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

  • Partner with leaders across product, design, and data to deliver on the product roadmap for impactful areas such as our marketplace, our provider onboarding, and scheduling with the ultimate goal of helping more clients find the right provider for them
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize projects and balance new feature development with technical debt reduction and infrastructure improvements
  • Work closely with the managers and engineers in your organization to improve engineering efficiency, reduce technical debt, and engender best practices
  • Coach your management team through career growth through mentorship and timely and actionable feedback
  • Contribute to solving cross-engineering challenges and driving engineering-wide initiatives
