Responsibilities

• Establish, manage, and optimize processes, tools, and team effectiveness to drive revenue generation—both by supporting sales and account management teams and through direct impact
• Foster operational excellence, drive innovation, and implement strategic process improvements, all supported by data-driven decision-making
• Develop the rev ops team
• Master cross-functional relationships with sales, AM, ops, product, and marketing teams
• Implement strategy quickly and iterate to find the best way forward
