Requirements
- 10+ Years of Finance Leadership Experience: Extensive experience in senior finance roles within complex, global organizations, ideally with at least five years in a Director-level position or above. Proven expertise in managing large teams and overseeing AR finance operations on a global scale
- 5+ Years in Finance Transformation & Project Management: Demonstrated success in leading large-scale finance transformation projects, with hands-on experience in system/process redesign and implementation. Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Lean Six Sigma) is highly desirable
- ERP and Finance System Expertise: In-depth knowledge of ERP systems and subledger management, specifically in Accounts Receivable (AR). Experience in evaluating and optimizing ERP workflows to enhance efficiency and data integrity across finance functions
- Operational KPI Design and Reporting: Strong background in designing and implementing operational financial KPIs, with the ability to monitor and analyze performance metrics to drive continuous improvement. Experience in developing KPI dashboards and reports for real-time performance insights
- Proven Change Management Skills: Ability to lead organizational change and drive process improvement in fast-paced environments. Strong understanding of change management principles to support smooth transitions and adoption of new finance processes
- Strong Analytical and Strategic Mindset: Skilled at identifying inefficiencies and developing innovative solutions aligned with long-term business goals. Ability to think strategically and implement practical, data-driven improvements
- Excellent Communication and Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels, including Executive and Board presentations. Proven experience working closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Procurement, People, and external vendors
- Experience in Scaling Finance Operations: Ability to build and adapt AR finance processes and teams to support business growth. Proven track record in hiring, developing, and mentoring high-performing finance teams across multiple geographies
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required
Responsibilities
- Partner with the VP, Global Controller to define the future strategy for financial operations, including setting up key performance indicators (KPIs) and implementing a scalable organizational structure to support the company’s growth
- Lead an ambitious transformation initiative, reengineering finance processes and systems. Utilize prior experience in system and process design to inspire innovation, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
- Manage the transition to optimized finance processes across the organization
- Oversee a team of subject matter experts across multiple regions, focusing on finance processes that impact customer billing. Drive team expansion and development as the company grows globally
- Serve as the key finance contact for stakeholders across various departments, including Sales, People, Customers, and Employees, ensuring seamless cross-functional collaboration
