Summary

Join Atom's Enterprise Transformation Practice as the Director, Finance Transformation Practice, reporting directly to the Founder & CEO. This highly visible role requires hands-on implementation, leadership, business development, and problem-solving expertise with modern ERP applications, particularly Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP. You will develop and implement a strategy for the Finance Transformation practice, lead the team, grow the practice through new business, manage client relationships, and ensure delivery excellence. The position demands significant experience in Finance Transformation and Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, along with strong leadership and communication skills. Requirements

  • Have 10+ years prior management experience as an Practice Director and Delivery Lead in Finance Transformation, with 7+ full-lifecycle implementations, across business process innovation, architecture, design, and transformation
  • Have 10+ years prior management experience as an Practice Director and Delivery Lead in Finance Transformation, with 7+ full-lifecycle implementations, across major Enterprise Applications like Oracle, Salesforce, Workday, ServiceNow, SAP, etc
  • Have 10+ years prior experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP (Financials, SCM, HCM, etc)
  • Possess excellent communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholders and high-pressure situations
  • Be proficient with Microsoft Office 365 – Powerpoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
  • Be self-driven to achieve the highest standards of service, implementation excellence, and on-time delivery
  • Take extreme ownership and commitment towards results and getting the job done

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a strategy and vision for the Finance Transformation practice aligned with overall company objectives
  • Provide strong leadership to the team and take full accountability for their individual and collective results
  • Grow the practice with clear YoY targets through Identifying and closing new business opportunities and clients
  • Own client relationship and account management in building, nurturing, and ensuring complete satisfaction with client leaderships
  • Ensure delivery excellence and project oversight ensuring successful execution measured by being complete on time, within budget, and the highest quality standards
  • Proactively anticipate and flag risks and implement strategies to prevent them
  • Effectively allocate and manage resources to optimize performance
  • Keep the practice at the forefront of trends and industry development through innovative service and practice development
  • Manage the financial performance and grow the practice revenue, profits, and manage cost
  • Manage and drive continuous development of industry-specific accelerators (templates, best practices, automation tools) for faster delivery
  • Develop the Practice, including growing the team, business development, and growth to becoming a leading Financial Transformation cloud practice
  • Expand and identify opportunities to expand into other areas of technology expertise and ecosystems beyond Oracle
