CYE is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Global Partner Management to lead strategic partnership initiatives in the cybersecurity industry. This role involves developing and implementing a partner strategy, driving revenue growth, identifying strategic partners, providing resources for partners, building relationships with executives, staying informed about market trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Resident in the East Coast region of the US
• 5+ years of proven experience in global partner management within the cybersecurity industry
• Deep understanding of the cybersecurity landscape and partner ecosystems
• Track record of driving revenue through strategic partnerships
• Ability to define partner/indirect strategy
• Ability to execute the strategy of recruiting, enabling, and driving revenue through indirect channels
• Ability to build and maintain relationships at various levels within partner organizations
• Managerial experience to drive the creation and evolution of a global partner team
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Collaborative mindset with cross-functional collaboration abilities

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive partner strategy aligned with company goals
• Drive partner engagement and revenue growth through channel development
• Identify and onboard strategic partners that complement our cybersecurity offerings
• Provide partners with tools, resources, and training to effectively market and sell our solutions
• Establish and nurture relationships with partner executives and key stakeholders
• Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to identify partnership opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of partner initiatives
• Negotiate partner agreements and track partner performance
