Summary
Join our venture-backed knowledge automation tech company as a Director of GTM Operations to support the Co-Founder/COO in driving growth and efficiency. This role is ideal for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit who can provide strategic support, project coordination, reporting, and accountability.
Requirements
- 3+ years in strategic executive support; experience supporting sales a huge plus
- Bachelorβs degree in Entrepreneurship, Business, or a related field. Graduate-level education or equivalent experience is a plus
- Strategic thinking and the ability to translate high-level goals into actionable tasks
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on clarity and documentation
- A detail-oriented approach to reviewing documents and fine print
- Proactive and self-driven with a strong sense of accountability and reliability
- Highly resourceful team player who can also operate with exceptional effectiveness independently
- Capacity for innovative thinking and adaptability, crucial in a growing company
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the COO to understand strategic goals
- Act as a key liaison internally, ensuring that COOβs vision and directives are clearly communicated and executed across teams
- Oversee and coordinate multiple projects across departments (Sales, Customer Success, Solutions Consulting, Training & Enablement)
- Ensure initiatives stay on track, identify and address bottlenecks
- Help develop and maintain reporting systems that provide the COO with insights into key functions, particularly in Sales and Customer Success operations
- Ensure data accuracy, and create accountability among team members for inputting and utilizing this data effectively
- Serve as the first line of defense for reviewing documents, including but not limited to NDAs, terms of service, contracts, and program terms
- Ensure compliance with internal guidelines and provide recommendations to the COO
- Document processes, meeting outcomes, and project plans
- Clearly communicate and publish these processes to enhance organizational clarity and accountability
