Summary

Join Datavant, a data logistics company for healthcare, as the Director of Identity and Access Management (IAM) and IT Security. You will lead cross-functional teams to promote IAM best practices, build and lead an IAM and IT Security team, develop and maintain policies, and oversee security architecture.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in IAM and IT security leadership roles, with a track record of successfully building and managing programs
  • Familiarity with FedRAMP, NIST and HITRUST certification programs
  • Strong knowledge of IAM and IT Security technologies, tools, and best practices
  • Experience with IAM and IT Security architecture design and implementation
  • Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute a comprehensive IAM and IT Security strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives
  • Lead cross-functional teams to promote IAM best practices and ensure company-wide adoption
  • Build and lead a high-performing IAM and IT Security team to support the company's growth and security needs
  • Develop and maintain IAM and IT Security policies, standards, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define IAM and IT Security requirements and integrate with business processes
  • Evaluate and select IAM and IT Security technologies and tools that align with the company's scalability and modernization goals
  • Oversee the design and implementation of IAM and IT Security architecture to ensure it meets current and future needs
  • Foster a culture of security and compliance through regular communication and engagement with employees at all levels
  • Oversee IT security for workstations, productivity software, and end-user systems to protect against cyber threats
  • Implement and manage security measures to safeguard company data and assets
  • Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and implement corrective actions
  • Stay current with emerging security trends and threats, and ensure the company's security posture remains robust

Benefits

Estimated total compensation for this role is $216,000-$280,000 and is inclusive of a bonus component
