Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in video/motion creative roles
- Deep expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects), DaVinci Resolve, and Figma. Knowledge of 3D workflows (Cinema 4D, Blender) is a plus
- Proven success creating performance-optimized video for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and display networks
- Strong understanding of post-production pipelines, color grading, sound design, and compression/export settings for various platforms
- Excellent leadership and mentorship skills—able to inspire and grow a high-output creative team
- Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and a strong communicator who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of all motion content across performance marketing, website, product launches, email, and organic social
- Manage external production partners and freelancers
- Build scalable systems for post-production workflows, asset management, and creative QA
- Collaborate closely with Growth Marketing and Media teams to concept, test, and optimize high-performing video assets
- Own and evolve our visual language in motion—ensuring alignment with brand standards and pushing creative boundaries
- Support A/B testing efforts by creating multiple design variations for performance testing
- Partner with external agencies or freelancers as needed to scale creative output
- Champion experimentation and iterative development of video content based on performance data and channel insights
- Stay on the pulse of industry trends, platform best practices, and emerging technologies in video and animation
Preferred Qualifications
Experience directing talent and managing live-action shoots is a bonus
