Summary

Join Level Access, a leader in digital accessibility, as their high-performing Director, Web Marketing! Lead the global web strategy, driving performance, optimization, and UX of LevelAccess.com to boost growth and customer engagement. This role requires expertise in SEO, CRO, web analytics, and CMS management, along with experience in site redesigns and international web strategy. Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in web marketing, including 3+ years leading web teams at a B2B SaaS or digital-first organization
  • Proven success owning web pipeline performance and delivering both growth and outstanding brand experiences
  • Deep expertise in SEO, CRO, web analytics, CMS management (e.g. WordPress, React, Drupal, Contentful)
  • Experience leading site redesigns or large-scale web projects involving cross-functional teams
  • Exceptional collaboration skills to work with creative, demand gen, product marketing, and engineering teams
  • A track record of productive leadership: You move fast, get things done, and bring others with you
  • A strong sense of digital brand and customer journey thinking: you know how to connect storytelling with performance
  • Experience supporting global market expansion, including localization strategy and scalable web infrastructure for international audiences
  • Shows dedication to accessible web design, understanding WCAG standards, and prioritizing inclusive design
  • Strong understanding of the full digital customer journeyβ€”from first touch to post-sale engagement. Journeys aligned to new business and existing customers
  • Demonstrated success in vendor evaluation and management, including SEO/GEO agencies, analytics tools, and development partners

Responsibilities

  • Lead the global web strategy to drive web performance, optimization, UX, and site architecture in support of pipeline growth and brand goals
  • Lead a high-impact team and coordinate with engineering, design, and product marketing resources
  • Deliver and optimize pipeline by setting and achieving organic pipeline targets and partnering with digital marketing to improve landing page performance and conversion rates
  • Lead critical initiatives including the redevelopment of core site pages, product section, navigation, and the rollout of a refreshed brand identity
  • Develop and implement international web strategy, including localization, translation workflows, and geo-targeting to support global market expansion
  • Optimize for performance by overseeing site analytics, CRO, SEO, GEO and performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement and high return on investment
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with demand gen, brand, product marketing, and creative to deliver compelling, cohesive digital experiences
  • Ensure alignment between web strategy and demand generation campaigns, enabling full-funnel journeys and seamless handoffs between channels
  • Champion accessibility and inclusivity in all aspects of web design and content, so we stay true to our mission and customer promise
  • Launch updated core web pages that reflect our refreshed brand and messaging
  • Drive measurable gains in organic traffic, SEO & GEO performance, and website conversion rates
  • Deliver against an organic pipeline generation target aligned with marketing and sales goals
  • Build a culture of experimentation, A/B testing, and user-centric design to continuously improve UX and engagement, including AI experimentation
  • Establish a robust reporting structure to surface insights, support data-driven decisions, and ensure transparency with senior leadership
  • Champion an optimization approach across the team, using performance data to guide priorities and iterate quickly

Preferred Qualifications

Experience managing GEO and a strong understanding of emerging AI-driven search and discovery platforms is a strong plus
