Summary
Join Vanta's Marketing Operations team as Director of Marketing Operations to build and optimize marketing systems, processes, and insights. You will lead global marketing operations, develop and implement processes, manage a high-performing team, optimize the marketing tech stack, and drive campaign operations. Partner with various teams on planning and budgeting, while questioning the status quo and introducing new technologies. Success requires 8+ years of B2B SaaS marketing operations experience, strong analytical skills, a builder's mindset, and excellent communication. Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in marketing operations or related roles in B2B SaaS
- Deep experience and understanding of martech and innovative technologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into strategic insights
- A builderβs mindset, comfortable designing and optimizing GTM processes from the ground up
- Passion for enabling teams and driving operational excellence in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, ensuring seamless execution
- Excellent communicator with the ability to distill complex problems into clear, concise insights that drive action
- Excited to innovate, challenge the status quo, and introduce new ideas that improve how we work
Responsibilities
- Lead all global marketing operations including technology, operational and demand gen strategy
- Develop, implement, and optimize processes and cadences to drive alignment across sales, analytics and marketing teams
- Hire, develop, and mentor a high-performing team of operators producing consistently high-quality, high-impact work
- Own and optimize the marketing tech stack (including marketing automation, attribution tools, web tech and others) to drive efficiency and scale
- Drive and build processes for campaign operations, lead management, and campaign measurement
- Partner with the marketing and finance teams on annual planning, budget forecasting, and channel strategy optimizing throughput and efficiency
- Question status quo and drive effectiveness with new technologies and motions
